How do I know what size I am?
We have included a size chart as a reference guide – please see “size chart” link located on the bottom of our website.  We recommend getting a tape measure and measuring bust, waist and widest part of hips and comparing to the measurements we have provided.  Then compare your body measurements to our chart and follow the closest guide to your size.

What if I am in between sizes?
In this instance please email eshop@yeojinbae.com or call us on (03) 9534 4140 and we can give you more detailed information based on the  style you wish to purchase. We can measure up the garment  you are interested and discuss how you like the garment to fit on you- ie more fitted or looser when wearing. It is best if you could have your actual body measurements available.

The model is so tall, everything looks so short?
Our models are usual model height which means they average between 178cm – 182cm tall. We have adjusted pant lengths to allow for the longer leg length.All other styles appear much shorter  on the model then if you were average height of 165cm – 170cm tall. If you would like the actual finished length of a garment, please contact us and we can provide additional measurements.

Can I return or exchange a style?
All new season full priced items can be fully refunded or exchanged for another size within 7days of delivery of your order. No returns or exchanges on sale items unless faulty.
All sales/exchanges must be sent with Returns Forms provided completed with a Returns Authorisation number and original invoice.

How long does postage take?
Within Australia we use Express Post. Deliveries usually arrive within 24-48 hours of shipping.
For international order we use Australia Post Express Courier International.
Deliveries will usually arrive within 3-7 days of shipping.
